2. Condition of Pre-Owned Watches

   For pre-owned watches, customers acknowledge that each timepiece may show signs of previous ownership, including but not limited to minor scratches, polishing marks, wear, or ageing of components.

   Customers are encouraged to review all provided photos, descriptions, and details before making a purchase.

3. Purchase & Payment

   All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

   Full payment must be received before the watch is released for delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, delivery fees, or additional charges will be communicated before completion of the purchase.

4. No Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

   All sales are final.

   We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds unless there is a confirmed authenticity issue.

   Any authenticity-related concern must be reported within 3 days from the date of receipt. The watch will be inspected and verified by our technician or an appointed authentication specialist.

   If the watch is confirmed to have an authenticity issue, appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.
